RV-Only Park

Water Canyon RV Park is an RV-only park. Tent camping is not permitted.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, especially those staying longer-term. Please be respectful of neighboring guests at all times.

Pets

Water Canyon RV Park is pet-friendly under the following guidelines:

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times

• Pets may not be left unattended

• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets

Failure to follow pet guidelines may result in removal from the park.

Guests and Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with other guests’ enjoyment are not permitted.

Water Canyon RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with park policies.

Speed Limit

Please observe posted speed limits throughout the park to ensure the safety of all guests, pets, and property.

Site Use and Cleanliness

• RV sites must be kept clean and orderly

• Personal belongings should remain within the assigned site

• Please dispose of trash properly using designated receptacles

Long-Term Stays

Guests staying weekly or monthly are expected to maintain their RV site in a clean and orderly condition. Additional guidelines may apply for long-term stays and will be communicated as needed.

Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations are handled through RoverPass and are subject to the booking platform’s terms and cancellation policies. Please review RoverPass policies carefully before completing your reservation.

Liability

Water Canyon RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to guests, pets, or personal property.

Park policies are subject to change without notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to review current policies before booking and during their stay.
